Let us successfully market your campsite! The qualified exclusive mandate is 3flags-port’s premium service. With it, we offer you a full-service package for marketing your campsite properties. And the best part? An almost unbeatable value for money. Our fee is only 1.5% of the selling price for the seller and 3.0% of the purchase price for the buyer, each plus VAT, and is only due on successful completion. Premium service at low costs – that’s what sets us apart from our competitors.

Basic Service

Discover our innovative "Basic Service Package"! With a one-off marketing flat fee of €3,000 and monthly fees of €300, we offer you an innovative fixed-price solution for selling your campsite. We will create professional exposés and a comprehensive marketing package for you. With this package, your campsite will be advertised on all important platforms and channels, significantly increasing the visibility of your sales offer.
